1. General Provisions

  2. The platform enables the purchase and use of online courses focused on personal development.
  3. Using the platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service.

2. Registration and User Account

  1. Access to courses requires creating an account on the platform.
  2. Registration involves providing an email address, setting a password, and accepting the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  3. Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential.
  4. An account may be deleted upon user request or in case of a violation of the Terms of Service.

3. Course Purchase Rules

  1. Information about courses available on the platform constitutes an offer under the Civil Code.
  2. Purchasing a course involves selecting a product, providing the necessary transaction details, and completing payment through the available methods (e.g. Stripe).
  3. After payment, the user gains access to the course materials on the platform.
  4. All prices displayed on the website are gross prices (including VAT).

4. Access and Use of Courses

  1. Purchasing a course grants the user a non-exclusive, temporary right to use the materials for personal use only.
  2. Copying, sharing, reselling, or publicly displaying the materials without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.
  3. Courses are available for the duration specified at purchase or—for lifetime access courses—as long as the platform provides the service.

5. Payments

  1. Payments are processed via payment operators (Stripe, or others specified on the platform).
  2. Transactions made via credit cards or e-transfers are handled by the respective payment operators.

6. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

  1. Under consumer protection laws, users who are consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days of its conclusion.
  2. The right to withdraw does not apply if:
  • The user agrees to the service being provided (course access) before the 14-day withdrawal period ends,
  • and is informed that starting the service will void their right to withdraw from the agreement.

A withdrawal statement can be submitted via email to kontakt@changeyourmind.pl.

7. Complaints

  1. Users have the right to file complaints regarding the platform's operation or access to courses.
  2. Complaints should be sent via email to: kontakt@changeyourmind.pl.
  3. Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days.

8. Copyright

  1. All materials available on the platform are protected by copyright and belong to the Administrator or its partners.
  2. Using the materials beyond personal use requires written permission from the Administrator.

9. Liability

  1. The Administrator strives to ensure the platform operates correctly but is not liable for:
  • Interruptions in access due to technical work or reasons beyond the Administrator's control,
  • Technical issues on the user's end (e.g., hardware incompatibility).

The content of the courses is educational and does not replace professional advice (e.g., from a psychologist or doctor).

10. Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend the Terms of Service. Changes take effect upon their publication on the platform.
  2. In matters not covered by these Terms, Polish law applies.
  3. Disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved by the competent courts.
