1. Right to Withdraw from the Agreement

1. According to consumer rights law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days of its conclusion – no explanation needed.
2. The right to withdraw does not apply if:

• you consented to the service being provided (access to the course) before the 14-day withdrawal period ended,
• you were informed that, in such cases, you lose the right to withdraw from the agreement.

The information about losing the right to withdraw is displayed during the purchase process and confirmed in the email granting access to the course.

2. How to Submit a Withdrawal Request?

1. If you meet the conditions for withdrawal, you can submit your request by sending an email to: kontakt@changeyourmind.academy.
2. In the email, include your first name, last name, email address used for the purchase, and the course name.

3. Complaints

1. If the course is not functioning correctly (e.g., lack of access), submit a complaint to: kontakt@changeyourmind.academy.
2. We process complaints within 14 business days.

4. Refunds

1. If the withdrawal request was submitted correctly, we will refund your payment within 14 days of accepting the request – to the same account used for the payment.

In cases where the right to withdraw is lost (course activation), refunds are not applicable.
