Fortress of Freedom App Privacy Policy

The “Fortress of Freedom” app is part of the Change Your Mind program (changeyourmind.academy), created by Change Your Mind - Dariusz Cieślar.

Fortress of Freedom operates entirely locally on your device. The app:

• does not require registration or login,
• does not require or create a user account,
• does not send any of your data to any server — because the app does not have its own server,
• does not share your data with any third-party companies, advertisers, or analytics providers,
• does not contain any tracking, analytics, or advertising libraries.

Everything you enter into the app — your name, selected reasons and triggers, notes, test results, history of reported relapses, and settings — is stored exclusively in your phone's local storage. We, as the developers of the app, do not have access to this data and do not know what you enter. No one other than you can see this information unless you choose to show your phone to someone else.

Depending on how you use the app, the following information may be stored locally on your phone:

• the name or nickname you provide,
• the triggers and reasons you select for wanting to change your behavior,
• the name of the person you identify as your accountability partner (without their phone number — the app does not collect it),
• your sobriety day counter and history of reported relapses, along with any notes you choose to save,
• your responses to the PPUS test and other tools within the app (e.g. Urge Wave, Disarm That Voice, If-Then Plans),
• notes saved with daily tasks,
• notification time settings and your selected appearance (dark/light mode),
• information about whether you have an active Premium version.

None of this information is sent outside your device.

The app may send local notifications (for example, a reminder about your daily task or a new voice message from your coach). These notifications are generated directly on your phone at the times you choose — they do not require a connection to any push notification server and are not sent by us or by any third-party company.

If the app offers the option to purchase Premium (either as a subscription or a one-time purchase), payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store or have access to your payment card information — this information is handled and processed exclusively by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective privacy policies. The app only stores information locally indicating whether you have an active Premium version.

The app plays pre-recorded audio files (voice messages from your coach). The app does not record audio from your phone's microphone and does not have access to it — the audio functionality is used exclusively to play pre-recorded content.

You can delete all data stored in the app at any time through Settings → “Delete All Data,” or simply by uninstalling the app from your phone — all locally stored data will then be permanently removed from your device. We do not have copies of this data anywhere else because it is never sent to us.

The app addresses topics related to pornography addiction and is intended for adults. If you do not meet the minimum age requirement in your country, you should not use this app.

If the way the app works changes (for example, if we introduce actual in-app payments or a new feature that requires additional data), we will update this page and change the date at the top.
